High Key Self-Portrait
Decided I needed a decent self-portrait of myself one night, so here’s the result!
Pose for the Camera
I see the picture, I feel the shadow left behind.
LSS from Kaskade - Pose. Oh and that’s Krish from our shoot a couple of months ago. For the gearheads out there that’s our classic 3 door 1986 Mitsubishi Pajero. :)
How much more wonderful can your day get when you see a father showing his love, care and affection for his child in such an honest and intimate way? This is something that every single child deserves to feel from their parents.
Happy Father’s Day!

Compassion - best described as an understanding of the emotional state of another. It is often combined with a desire to alleviate or reduce the suffering of another; to show special kindness to those who suffer. It is often characterized through actions, wherein a person acting with compassion will seek to aid those they feel compassionate for.
(Old photo from my DeviantArt Account - description was taken from there as well.)
We went to a slum area in Quezon City for our Gawad Kalinga (in English it means “to give care”). There were around 20 of us and we had a program to help the youth of about 50+ children and teach them basic values and give them the attention and care that they weren’t getting.
I don’t remember the girl’s name because there were simply too much names to remember in just one meeting. She was sleeping on the floor with her head on my blockmate’s leg and it was a touching sight.
I hope this image can touch those who see it into acting to make this world a better place. I know it sounds cliché but we really should try and do so.

If you’re wondering, yes I dig the look of high key black and white photos. They are so elegant. Oh and the model is Mae Manahan who is a batch mate of mine at UERM. :)

My computer is up and running with a new hard drive. Still in the process of installing everything though! :)
