When I’m out taking photos, it feels like I’m in my own world and nothing else seems to matter; I am at one with the scenery that surrounds me. I feel excited yet tranquil at the same time, as weird as that may be.

I have a passion for taking landscapes, nature, travel, and long exposures.

ISO 25,600
Yes you read that right! I’m using Magic Lantern on my T2i which adds a whole lot of different useful features such as motion detection captures, waving your hand in front of the LCD screen sensor to trigger the shutter, intervalometer functions, setting a predefined bulb exposure time in camera, ISO expansion to ISO 25,600 and with the option to shoot non native ISO stops such as ISO 640 or ISO 1250 and a whole lot more! If you have one of the newer Canon models I’d definitely suggest that you give it a try.
I’m truly amazed by the usability of pictures at this high of an ISO range. I’ve always had trouble understanding why a lot of photographers limit themselves from shooting with higher ISO’s; I’d much rather have a noisy picture than no picture at all. This was shot in a pitch black room and the only light was coming from the iPad and yet I could still shoot at 1/50th of a second. This just opens up so many possibilities in shooting out there in the real world!
